The Governing board consists of eight members (four from Saline and four from Ottawa).  Four members, two from each county, are elected to a four year term in the April elections during odds years.  To apply, go to your local County Clerks office in January of the election year.  There is not term limits.

Program Development Committee (PDC) members are appointed by the Governing Board in July of each year.
